Simon Says Stamp Card Kit Layout

Hi there!

A really quick post today as I have to get Izzie to kindy.

So, you know when you get a card kit from Simon Says Stamp, and truly love it....but have no idea what to do with it!? No? Just me?

Oh, well anyway. I love love LOVE this month's kit, but the colour combination is REALLY foreign to me. After staring at it for a few minutes, out the corner of my eye I spotted a photo of my gorgeous nephews sitting on my desk. BINGO.

So here's what I came up with. And I have to say, I love it :)

The journalling basically says that despite the fact that I'm very far away from them, I think of them every moment and love them with all my heart. I can't wait to see you again boys.

The only thing that I used that WASN'T in the kit, was the twine through the button at the top, some adhesive, scissors to cut the chevron paper into a zig zag & a pen. EVERYTHING else was in the kit :)

Anyhoo, I'd better go before i get teary (Or I'm late for kindy!)
