CAS card inspired by Julie Ebersole

Hello friends!

I'll be posting twice today, so be sure to check out both posts :)

This is a card I made after seeing the AMAZINGLY talented Julie Ebersole's card HERE.  I'm only new to Julie's work but my goodness is she one talented lady!! wow. genius at work here people! Be sure to check out her blog :)

To make colour this card, I used my Memento Markers. WOW. they work beautifully. I'm definitely going to need to increase my collection!

This card will be being submitted to the current Simon Says Stamp Challenge for "New Something".  Well this stamp from Hero Arts is new to me, and this technique is new too :) I'm definitely going to be making more of this style card ASAP!!
In much the same way as you would colour with copic markers, I just started wtih my lightest colour first, covering the whole flower petal, then added in darker shades before re-blending back over the whole thing wtih the lightest one again. Super simple but oh-so-effective.
