So I'll skip straight to my card number two. This is from day 11 of Kristina's series. Here is the card Joy and I chose to base our cards on:
pretty no?!
I wanted to go for something a bit more whimsical and cutesy--so I immediately went for my Lawn Fawn Stamps. (who can resist?!)

As you can see, I copied the basic elements from Kristina's card, but turned it into something quite different.
Here's a closer look so you can see the dimension:
I'll let you in on a little secret. I stamped the sentiment directly onto the card base but it didn't look quite right, so I took the opportunity to mix it up a bit! I simply cut an extra little strip, rounded the corners to mirror the circles on the bottom of the card and heat embossed my sentiment with American Crafts Zing Embossing powder in Aqua. (matches the paper perfectly!)
So there it is!
Here are the product's I used.
The polka dots are from Papertrey Ink and the Paper I used is a Kaisercraft 6x6 pad called "Chapter one"(Linkedy thingo wasn't working on their sites)
Now hop on over to Joy's blog to see what she's done with todays card :) Can't wait!
Thanks so much for joining me again lovely ladies!
